About me

When it comes to customs law, the European Union plays a central role — a theme that runs throughout Levy’s career. His interest in EU law and international trade started early: during high school, he eagerly contributed to a mock trade agreement with the United States — a school project, yes, but one he approached with real commitment and persuasive energy.

Levy studied law at Utrecht Law College and earned his Master’s in European Law at Utrecht University, making EU law his clear area of expertise. With sharp insight and in-depth knowledge, he guides clients confidently through the complexities of European regulation. At Customs Knowledge, Levy focuses on classification, export control, food safety, and anti-dumping law.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, reading, and visiting friends from his international circle.
